PK, K, Beginner, PreTeam Classes:

Classes refund vary depending on the withdrawal date and are as follows:

• Cancel before first (1st) class start date a refund of the class fees, less $50, will be issued.
• Cancel after first (1st) class start date and before second (2nd) class start date a refund of the class fees, less $75, will be issued.
• Cancel after second (2nd) class start date and before third (3rd) class start date a refund of the class fees, less $100, will be issued.
• After the third (3rd) class has started NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Because NOLA Gymnastics is holding a spot for your child the entire semester, tuition is non refundable if you decide to cancel anytime during the semester or for no attendance. NOLA Gymnastics does not prorate tuition because of absence. No exceptions.

TEAM Classes:

Team Gymnastics is a year-round sport commitment. No refunds for ending, abandoning or withdrawing from the season early.

All competition entry fees are non refundable. There are no refunds for missed meets.

NOLA Gymnastics, LLC shall not be financially responsible to any Acro Team Member parents for Team Member partner’s withdrawal, drop out, abandonment or disciplinary dismissal.

Team uniform is made to order and therefore NOLA Gymnastics will not provide a refund for uniform. It is our members responsibility to ensure that correct sizes are ordered.

Summer Camps Classes:

All day camps/classes are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE, except for Medical conditions validated by a physician's statement.

• Summer Camps registration opens in February.
• If cancelled before April 1, all but $100 per session will be refunded.
• After April 1, the total fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

* Please review your weeks carefully as there will be NO REFUNDS. We cannot make any exceptions.

COVID-19:

Should NOLA Gymnastics need to suspend classes due to Covid19, Government mandated closures or other situations, refunds will not be given. NOLA Gymnastics, however, will issue class credit toward future sessions.

Inclement Weather:

There are no make ups or refunds for missed practice or inclement weather or school closure.

Classes cancelled by us due to a Global Pandemic, Adverse Weather Conditions, Weather Warnings, Flooding or Blackouts will not be rescheduled or refunded.

NOLA Gymnastics follows the Isidore Newman School policy for closure. If the Isidore Newman School is closed due to adverse weather conditions, NOLA Gymnastics facility at Newman will be closed.

Medical Conditions:

For medical conditions validated by a physician's statement, a credit will be issued with the prorated amount based on the date NOLA Gymnastics LLC, RECEIVES THE WRITTEN STATEMENT (retroactive requests cannot be granted, as it eliminates NOLA Gymnastics's opportunity to fill vacated class spot). Upon request, a refund may be issued. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process refunds.

Refund Requests and Processing:

You must submit refund requests to Stefano Ballatori by email to stefanoballatori@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the request.
• If you paid by credit card or online payment system, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Convenience Fee:

A Convenience Fee will be added to all payments made online using PayPal. This fee will be due at the time of payment and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
